Penrith Chamber of Trade
The Penrith Chamber of Trade was formed in 1903 making us one of the oldest in the country. We are a growing association that has the common aim of supporting one another and representing our combined interests in the community.
We receive no public funding and rely entirely on the subscriptions of our members in order to operate. All our officers give their time on a voluntary basis. The benefits of membership give individual businesses the opportunity to be represented within one group. Being non-political the Chamber can oppose any local issues, which may affect the business community.
The chamber meets monthly to discuss matters of local interest, usually with a topical guest speaker. Meetings are planned to last for no more than one hour.
