Penrith Business Survey

I am concerned that the response rate on the above survey has been very poor to date.
I would urge all of you please to spend 5 minutes completing the survey which will help EDC plan for the future and this is good for businesses.
Every year Eden Council District carry out a series of surveys in the town centres within the District. The surveys provide the foundation of an annual report which informs policy makers of the economic health of each town centre. The final report provides information required across many aspects of Local Authority decision making including car parking, business rates and town centre events.
The part of the report most valued by all member of the Council, are the surveys which engage with the people of Eden and allow us to get real opinions. The opinions of residents and business owners are highly valued as it is often the people who live and work in Eden’s towns who are best placed to see where changes and improvements are required.
Below this text you will find a link to a survey for you to let us know how the performance of your business has fared over the past 12 months, and what the positive and negative aspects of trading in your town are. Most importantly the survey allows you to make suggestions that would improve the economic performance of your town.
Any suggestions you provide the Council are highly valued and will be considered alongside all other replies. I thank you in advance for your co-operation and look forward to hearing your thoughts.
